September!

August seemed to fly by, but this month we can't wait to share what we've been working on with you!

Our second Crash Course Lecture is coming September 16! In our world today, we are increasingly exposed to, and influenced by, complicated mazes of buzzwords, mantras, euphemisms, clichés, and redefinitions: in short, language that’s just a little bit cultish. Hosted by Amanda Montell this lecture about linguistics, culture, and belonging will examine the power that words hold and how we can be ensnared by them without noticing. Join us in the live chat at 9 am PT/12 noon ET on September 16!
