Obviously it's an exciting day around here, and in all the excitement we had a mix-up with our emails. We sincerely apologize for the confusion.
If you're eligible for this year's 3-year-patron coin, you should have received a follow-up email. Otherwise, coins are available for purchase at crashcoursecoin.com.
3-year-patron coins are distributed to those who are celebrating 3 years of being a patron this year. If you've been supporting on Patreon for longer than that (THANK YOU) you were eligible for the patron-exclusive coin in past years. To receive your patron coin you must click through the link we sent and order it, you will not be sent the coin automatically.
Regardless of how long you've been a patron or whether you buy a coin, we hope you know how incredibly grateful we are for your support! Crash Course would not exist without you.

Hey friends! I just ordered the regular CC coin, but I didn't see a follow-up email about the Pateron coin either. My membership says I joined May 2021; that means I'm eligible, right? Thanks for all you do!
You were eligible in the very first year we made the coin!
The 3-Year Patron coin is a one-time offer for patrons who cross 3 years of supporting Crash Course, not an annual offer. If you became a 3-Year Patron in the last year (you started supporting Crash Course on Patreon June 17, 2020 and June 7, 2021) you are eligible this year. If you didn't receive an email with the correct password, please double-check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see it and you believe you are eligible for this year's patron coin, please email us at info@crashcourse.tv with the subject line "Patron Coin" and let us know your Patreon email address. Thank you!
I also hit the three year mark just this month (Patreon says May 2021), but cannot seem to find an email for the coin.
I think I may have deleted the email, since I often don't read the "updates" emails and just likely assumed it was more of an update. Is there a way to have it sent again?

I didn’t either. I got the first email, but not the second.
I also never received the offer for the 3 year supporter coin. Regardless of that, I love that these are available every year and I will keep getting them as long as I can.

Just to make sure I'm not crazy I scrolled back and there isn't even any mention of a 3 year coin in last year's patreon posts, the last time it was mentioned in a post was 2022. Now I'm extra sad because I loved the 2023 coin so much, but I couldn't afford it at the time T_T I wish I had known so I could have asked why I was missed while it was still around

I got the original email with the incorrect password, but I didn’t get any follow-up email.
I realized that I use a different email for Patreon than my regular email address. It's THAT email, but the one that I use to buy my coins or that I signed up for updates that got the link email. Doh! Does anyone else have that same issue?
I've purchased my third coin in a row, alas I'm not yet eligible for the 3 year coin since I only started patronizing when I bought the first coin which made me realize I could afford to support via patreon. Haha. Next year 😁
I hear you. I've been a member since 2015 myself and to be honest this was the first time I've registered any offering of any such coins, but that might just be an issue between me and my spam filter. Regardless it's not like I needed the nice surprise but I will admit having it dangled in front of me all enticingly carrot-like before yanking it away has left me a bit, I don't know, ruffled? Maybe even a bit riled?
I got an email regarding this and then another that it "was wrong" and I've been a member since 2016
And yes I know I should have gotten it in 2019 but couldn't afford it back then.
If we ordered with the first email/code and then DID receive the follow up email with the new code, do we order again?

Same here; I show as a supporter since 2019. This is my 3rd year buying a coin but I didn't get an email.
If we've been Patrons since 2020 but didn't get an email yet, should we expect that sometime later today?
Those eligible for this year's 3-year coin became patrons 6/13/2020 - 6/7/2021. If you became a patron before that, you were eligible in previous years. If you became a patron after that, you'll be eligible in future years!
If we’d already submitted an order for the 3 year coin, will that order be cancelled? (Genuinely thought i’d been giving for 3 years 😅 not trying to mooch a coin!)
I'm in the same boat, from the other side (I guess I thought it was an "every 3 year" thing). What should those of us in this boat do, if anything?
