At this moment the mod simply does not do a thing in game. It is like it doesnt exist. For sure it is not a 3.6 issue, usually at new patches textures are glitched. Not the case now, they doesnt affect YY at all. Instead this ”fix” must have broken some coding part.
You can simply use Moonholder's repair tool; I have already uploaded it to the files.
