except it's not, this is digitized and distorted and you're not actually interacting with anyone, sharing your self with anyone - true vulnerability and being self happens when you're actually sharing your self with another person, and they you - the focus and exchange of energies, that doesn't happen here at all work on cultivating a bond with someone you actually want to be vulnerable with, this is not vulnerability
This is my diary and these are my confessions. Anyone who enters this space may, if we both want to, build a deeper emotional connection with me — the kind of connection you seem to be calling vulnerability. But realistically, how many people do you think I can build and maintain that kind of relationship with, especially online? The intimacy here is in allowing someone to see a real, private part of my life and of me. I’m inviting people into my world — I’m not looking for a co-author of it.
