Does this mod remove the lot types? I can't seem to find the mod to solve the issue.
No, it does not. We just add Lot Traits with our mods.
just wondering if I need another mod to rent out apartments not sure how to rent them
You need this version in order to rent out properties: https://www.patreon.com/posts/69190724. Our mod does not allow renting out of apartments to others as there isn't ownership there yet.
This mod works with the new cellphone? I Can't Buy new properties and the bank doesn't work
yes new cell needed ,update your game
would it be possible to buy and rent apartments someday?
You should already be able to do that here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/69190724. You just cannot buy apartments.
