Is it possible to modify the lot traits to reduce those bills rather than eliminating them? For the sake of realism? I have solar panels, but my electricity is not free.
I've seen mixed results from this but with a system that can fully cover your household needs, you would essentially have a $0 bill. I've seen some actually give power to the grid rather than use it. It all depends on how many panels you have, your household usage, and where your house is placed I believe. I rather not get too technical on that until I actually bring in home efficiency features/items (if I'm able to get this far).
I like the idea of select the hair. I would like to purchase that mod when it comes out. I am currently following you, on Patreon and I would like to start using the Clinic from home for the Dr.'s career.
