Said this in the Discord but I'm gonna repost it here and say some more stuff. Being queer can be hard. It can bring heartbreak and hardships. But sadly some people will never understand. My cousin is trans masc and it took his Mom a while to be okay with it, but now she is perfectly fine with it. And they're both East Indian. But sometimes that doesn't happen. It's better to stick close to friends who are your family if that's better for your mental health and safety. It does seem like Zam's family is her Sister, little siblings and Lifesteal/QUAG. But Zam if you read this, just remember that conversion therapy is banned in Canada. So if anybody does try, it's illegal and against the law. It's also just not right anyways lol. So if you're worried about your Dad trying that he won't be able too, unless he wants to get charged. Just make sure you share your location with your Sister and trusted friends if you're concerned. Your safety comes first. Also I'm from west coast Canada (BC) and I love it here. Since you want to move here I think you'd like it too. I have felt safe here for a while and I love it. And if you really want to be in nature try Vancouver Island, it makes it very easy to walk in nature and be with your thoughts. Being in BC means that it's easier to go to LA for anything. You can drive there instead of taking a plane.
Just wanted to say, so so proud of Zam. And the rest of QUAG for defending her so fiercely. Anyone not able to accept every part of you is not someone worth having in your life.
