今後について

こんばんわ。

Xに投稿しましたがPixivのアカウントが停止になりました。

そして本日コンテンツ海外流通促進機構（CODA）が声明https://coda-cj.jp/news/2770/ を出しました。

そしてメッセージには

「投稿作品が、一般社団法人コンピュータソフトウェア倫理機構より権利侵害にあたるとの指摘を受けております。
共通利用規約の禁止行為に該当するため、アカウントを停止いたしました。」

とあります。

声明を出してその日に停止。完璧に目を付けられてたという事なのでしょうか。

ですが永久アカウント停止というわけではないらしいですけど以前みたいにどの作品が違反しているのか明記されておらずまた全部消すのかと思うと気が滅入ります。

なので近々Pixivアカウントを新しく作ります。

そして申し訳ありません。本日の投稿を金曜日にします。

これからどうなるのかわかりませんね。私は版権キャラを主に作っていますが作ってて思うのがなぜAIはダメで同人誌などの活動はOKにされるのか。同人活動だって最初はこのキャラがもしこういうシチュエーションだったらなど想像をして作り始めたんだと思います。私だってそうです。その作り方がAIか手書きかの違いです。まぁこんなことを書いたからって何になるわけではないですね。

とにかく今後についてはまたお知らせします。息苦しい世の中ですね。

I posted on X, but my Pixiv account was suspended.

And today, the Content Overseas Distribution Promotion Organization (CODA) issued a statement: https://coda-cj.jp/news/2770/

The message states:

"We have received a notice from the Computer Software Ethics Organization that your posted work infringes on rights.

As it falls under the prohibited acts of the Common Terms of Service, your account has been suspended."

They issued a statement and suspended it the same day. Does this mean I was definitely being watched?

However, it doesn't seem to be a permanent suspension, but unlike before, they haven't specified which works violated the rules, and the thought of having to delete everything again is disheartening.

So, I'll be creating a new Pixiv account soon.

And I apologize, but I'll be posting today's work on Friday.

I don't know what will happen next. I mainly create copyrighted characters, and while creating them, I wonder why AI is not allowed, but activities like doujinshi are OK. I think even in doujin activities, people start by imagining what kind of situation a character would be in. That's how it is for me too. The only difference is whether you use AI or draw by hand. Well, writing all this won't really accomplish anything, will it?

Anyway, I'll let you know what's next. It's a suffocating world, isn't it?
