Hope you’re all having a fantastic weekend! Here’s chapter 48.

Honestly, writing this chapter gave me a lot more respect for fight choreographers. Mapping out a fight while respecting everyone’s established power levels, making the opponent strong enough to fit the situation, avoiding any asspull victories, and still keeping the whole thing entertaining was surprisingly challenging. And on top of that, I had to make sure the fight worked within the larger story without undermining the bigger fights coming later.

Definitely one of those chapters that looked much easier to write in my head than it actually was.
