Smartphone Widget v1.8.0: Master Phone Wiretap, Gallery Drawing & Group Invites

v1.8.0 brings powerful new surveillance tools for GMs, creative drawing capabilities for players, and a major overhaul to group chats and contact management.

🕵️ Master Phone Wiretap (GM Only)

The Master Phone has been upgraded into a full surveillance suite.

  • Global Call Monitoring: View a complete history of all calls made across the world, not just your own.

  • Live Wiretap: Intercept active calls in real-time. You'll see the live transcript as it happens, plus the chat history from before you started listening.

  • Enhanced UI: clearly distinguishes between caller and recipient with avatar support, ensuring you know exactly who is talking to whom.

🎨 Gallery Drawing Tools

Unleash your creativity directly within the Gallery app.

  • Built-in Canvas: A fully featured drawing engine allowing you to annotate existing images or sketch from scratch on a whiteboard.

  • Full Toolkit: Includes Pen, Eraser, Shape tools, Color Picker, and Undo/Redo support.

  • Native Performance: Built on the native HTML5 Canvas API for lightweight and smooth performance without external dependencies.

👥 Group Chat Improvements

  • Invite Members: Group creators can finally invite new members to existing chat groups. No need to recreate the group just to add one person!

  • Search Integration: Easily find contacts when creating groups or inviting members with the new search bar.

📞 Contacts App Overhaul

  • Cleaner UI: The cluttered header buttons are now neatly tucked away in a modern "More options" (three-dots) menu.

  • Bulk Linking (GM): A dedicated interface for GMs to mass-link actors to phones. Includes a "Mutual Link" toggle to automatically exchange numbers between all selected actors instantly.

⚙️ App Store Control

  • Default Apps: GMs can now configure specific apps to be installed by default. These apps will automatically appear on new phones and be hidden from the store list to prevent duplicates.

🛠️ Developer API

  • Added defaultInstalled parameter to SmartphoneWidget.registerApp API. External modules can now register apps that are installed by default on all devices.

[🐛IMPROVEMENTS & FIXES]

  • Visual Polish: Larger profile images in delete confirmations and refined button styles for a more modern feel.
