About Ver1.3 and Next month's update plan

Greeting, I'm kadzu.

I've finished the basic 1.3 content and have been bug checking it. After making sure there are no major issues I will do an English translation and release it next Friday or so.

For next month's update, I'll probably re-examine the existing content for problems and optimize it. So there might not be a Ver1.4 update next month.

In its place there may be some new illustrations, or an update to Bonus.
