This film, with all its meanings and allegories, broke me. And when I try to get my friends and family to watch it, and they say they're not watching some kiddie kpop movie, it breaks me even more because I want to show them something that has deep messages, deep meaning to me, and they just brush it off. It hurts. So seeing you react to this, and feel similar feelings....... thank you.

Alyssa tearing up before the first word of Golden and Free is so real, had me crying with her. I learned the Korean for Golden for the sing-along event, went twice, no one sang...This reaction will always hold a special place in my heart. Can someone give Alyssa a bunch of hugs and cuddles? Her crying made me cry. Also fun fact this movie was originally supposed to be a TV show and then when they were changing it to a movie they cut an hour off of it so it's also an hour shorter than it was supposed to be. But a sequel is already confirmed and I believe 9 other movies in the same universe are in the making.
