upon membership, full set downloads become available? do all sets have animated content and wallpaper engine compatibility?

Dunno about the wallpaper engine compatibility cause I don't use it, but all sets are available and uploaded in folders ordered by month/year. Also the huge majority of sets have animations. The ones that don't are very VERY scarce and "old" (2025) and eventually they get their animations too anyway, to the point none come to mind. Some of the old sets with lower animation count have gotten an extra set too.
