- deenpee
a couple of faqs:
when will i get my card? - production will start in a couple of weeks and then they'll take around 1-2 months to make and send out to everyone! (that seems like a while, but it's just how long it takes to make a specific number of a custom item and ship to all corners of earth)
will my username/rl name be on the card? - no it'll have a cute strip where you can write your own name!
will i still get the card if i was a pham in oct/nov but not rightnow? - yes
when are you going to watch heated rivalry? - ice yaoi in january

Hi anyone from Chile who has received the card? 😥
HELLO I HAVENT RECEIVED MINE YET IM FROM MEXICO
Any information about this? Aus here that hasn’t received hers yet either
aus too, and same here </3 hopefully it's just an international shipping thing!
Hi, I never received my card even though I subscribed right away when the Patreon launched and I maintained it into December. Can I reach out to someone about getting one still?
I havent gotten mine either :/ are you also based in the US?
has anyone received theirs yet?
I haven't, I'm in Australia though and would assume UK will get theirs first.
has anyone gotten there’s yet? 🥲
I believe they said they'd start getting shipped out in the first week of April!
Does anyone have there’s yet? X
I haven’t gotten mine yet !
I’m just glad I still get it cause I was Pham tier for October and lost it until now😭 this makes me so happy to see that I still get one
I became a member within like a week of it being announced and it still ain’t arrived >:/
based on the faq’s they’ll probably start shipping next month !
bruh i missed this shit cause im a working businessman smh my goddamn twatass head. i will come back in Q2 with some way to support you through my LLC as business partners
also my apologies to your talent manager for tweeting her on my unhinged no sleep linkedin rampage. pip and dip saw it firs thopefully? #hardlaunch https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7427993337254838272/
does anyone know how to change your address??? i'm moving across the country soon and i don't want it to ship to my current address 😭😭
Don’t know I’ve you’ve sorted it but I had issues too!! If you go to your d&p membership on the website you can edit shipping address there, I couldn’t find a way to do it on the app
Has anyone got their card yet??
I haven’t eitherrr
none of the phatreon posts of January were free? ;-;
I want a card.....
https://youtooz.com/products/dorian-plush-9-inch Thought Dan might want this lol
Hey i joined before the cut off and never got my card. How do I sort this?
they haven't been sent out yet !
Hello
Hi
I’m quite literally so sad I’m here just a little too late
i forgot to do this due to holidays and and i am actually so upset
Has anybody gotten the card yet? Or do we know when they’ll ship out?
check the faq’s in this post!! production and shipping will take 1-2 months!
Am I able to change my address now or would it not send to the updated address?
I’m having same issue cause I’m moving in a few weeks and don’t want my card going to wrong address 😭😭
i signed up for this before new years in the U.S. (east coast) so do i still get it, or was it before new years UK time?🥲
yeah, it was answered in the post
will we still get the cards in 2 months even if we are not longer in a paid tier, but were during the required time frame? i'm not sure how you pull this information
yes! post says you'll get it if you're not subscribed anymore but were sub before
How does one add adress to profile? I tried and can only do my Zip for whatever reason
You can add it Through your bio
I never got my card in the mail yet </3
Same I subscribed in October and no card still
ice yaoi in january... its january.
do u hate us be honest
Where’s the phodcast guys 😭 Checked my podcast app and it’s not there 😭
my old acc got suspended (thanks patreon) will i still get the card? also im in indonesia..will i still get the card? 😭
Can’t wait you guys
Hi there 👋
quick question I subbed on dec 31st but for some reason when I click on my membership it says I've been a member since jan 1st should I still be good?
Bro I got an envelope in the mail that said “card” on it in the mail, I thought it was this so I got really excited, was very disappointed when it turned out it was just a cinema card.
Listen I know you might already have plans for this.. but what about a book club for all six game changers books??? We would have the BEST TIME
I subbed when this first opened I thought they where being sent after Christmas I had to come check as it had been awhile I was worried about not getting mine
does anyone else remember the Official Phandom Member bracelets? (mine was #5149, pretty sure it is long lost unfortunately) This is like take 2 of those
Noooooo I missed itttt
I missed my chance 😭😭 it’s ok I still love y’all!
Hi there 👋
if i gifted a pham tier membership to a friend in december will they also get one?
So glad they're still be shipped out even tho I'm not in the pham tier anymore 💕 hopefully I'll be able to when I get a new job 😋
guys quick question, if i cancel my membership this month (i subscribed in time for the card) will i still get it? i cant afford it this month 🥹
In the q&a portion of this post it states that you will still get the card if you subscribed Oct/Nov but unsubscribe now :)
Cant wait to hear about heated rivalry on the phodcast
did I really miss my chance to get a card oh no 😥
NVM I can't read I'm getting my card 😎
I can't wait to either keep this in my wallet at all times or have it proudly prominently displayed in my living room 🤣
As an OG phan I'm really excited to get this little card in march (Or later) idc so long as I get it :)
HEATED RIVALRY MENTIONED !! so excited for you both to watch it omg
Is anyone else paranoid that they didn’t put in their address correctly 😭
You should be able to check in account settings or something like that :3
Pride of place in my life, lads
heated rivalry mention is taking me tf out
I’m so excited for hard launch monday again next week

Hard hitting answers to our questions lads Happy New Years ❤️
Hello Dan & Phil where are you guys? You guys haven’t posted in 4 whole days. I’m getting fomo </3
they’re taking a break until jan 12 :)
I subscribed day 1 and still haven’t received my card
well they haven't been made yet...
I’m so sad I legit subscribed an day to my Christmas money wasn’t in yet😭 curse my luck
This is a completely irrelevant question to this post however Does anyone remember in 2015 when Dan and Phil made a SIM card as a collaboration with EE and they would send things to people only in the uk… Maybe… We should get them to Unprivate the videos 👀
I only say this cuz I live Australia and never saw the stuff that was sent out
Who just got the calendarrrrrrrrrr
Me! Was surprised at how quickly it came (I got one from the final run and it arrived before the expected shipping date 😄)
just finished heated rivalry last night and i already started rewatching it
THANK GOD YOU’RE WATCHING HEATED RIVALRY OH MY GOD
💕
I don’t know where else to post this but why hasn’t my calendar that I ordered a month and a half ago shipped yet? It’s been sitting in Orlando saying “shipping label prepared. Will update when usps receives the package” since DECEMBER 23RD. Why make and sell a calendar if you’re not gonna ship them until halfway through January if ever?
maybe you can contact irl merch customer support? I wish you luck and happy new year :)
YESSS Heated rivalry was the best romance I watched last year, looking forward to the review
need that heated rivalry review
How can I change my address? I’m actively moving… is it just within Patreon or on y’all’s end?
From what I’ve found, you can only do it in web browser, opposed to the app! It’s the consumers responsibility and I believe it should just be in your profile information
dan please look at my instagram messages to you. my username is nyaniero. thanks!x
I subscribed on December 31st but my profile says January 1st. Do time zones affect if we get it?
also wanting to know this!
I see this was posted two days ago, if we sign up today, is the card still available? 💖
I think the cut off was new years day unfortunately
How do I know if they have my address? 👀💀
You can fill it out on your profile if you haven't already!
Crying thank y’all for confirming ice yaoi content soon
Do we think bonus texts today or next Monday?
fUck i forgot
they hinted to longer content coming in January, I know it's a long shot, but oh how I hope it's an ice yaoi reaction/commentary
that would be incredible
Hey, I was subscribed as Pham since October, but when I checked just now my subscription said I got booted down to Phriends at some unknown time??? I really don't want to miss out on the card, since its a gift for me and my partner's anniversary. Help, Dip and Pip, you're my only hope!
read their above faq !! you’re fine pham!
Ugh i miss them so much they have been treating so much that a one week without uploading feels too long
thx dads
Does anyone have address anxiety about this? I keep checking mine is on my profile and correct. Still not confident it’s there.
Same, also have time zone anxiety, got the subscription well before midnight here the last day, hoping they aren’t going by British time
me can’t wait for da card~! yayayayay
happy new year dads, hope it's everything you ever wanted🫶🏽
Reacting to heated rivalry would go CRAZYYYYY
I literally just joined a patreon for two youtubers I don’t even know just to watch them react to it, and they said they got over 1k new subscribers when they posted the first ep.
Can’t wait to get it ^_^
Plsssss I forgot to subscribe until today and it’s the 1st I want a card 😭😭😭
same, i made an account today and hopefully that include it hahaa
Ice yaoi in january 😭😭😭😭😭
Hope the bonus texts are free😭
Can’t wait to throw this in my safe and show my grandchildren in50 years
still haven’t gotten mine and it’s been months, so idk what that’s about or who to go to in order to fix it. kinda disappointing.
They haven’t sent them out yet, everyone’s getting theirs a couple of months into this year. The availability just closed off so all they have to do is make them all and ship them.
Sooo sad i missed this…
Me toooo aaargh december was too expensive for me to subscribe and I get paid TOMOW so sadg
I decided to upgrade just before midnight and the payment declined, very homophobic. Happy New Year to everyone though ✨️
merry crowning. why are u like this
back in my day the only “ice yaoi” we had was yuri on ice 🚬
happy new year everyone, but especially to those older phannies like me who are hanging out their arses today hungover, a night out on nye in newcastle is not for the weak
it's been 48hours and I'm still hungover...being an older phannie is rough
When do these bad boys arrive?
Looks like it'll be around 2-3 months according to what they say in the post!

happy new years everyone!! 🫶🏻🎇
just did it lol happy to join the phatreon!!
will we still get the cards if we joined before midnight in our time zone, or did we need to join before midnight uk time?
I’m so curious about this, I was waiting for my paycheck to come in and forgot to upgrade early on the 31st. 😭 Hoping they allowed for a bit of grace period to account for other time zones!! 🤞
HEATED RIVALRY MENTIONED 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️

another question, if I move before it ships would i be able to get my address changed? Or what if I move while it’s shipping?
happy new year dip and pip 🤍 wish you infinite happiness
Maybe a dumb question, but would I get a card too if I’ve been subscribed since hard launch? I would really like a card but I’m afraid this may be the only chance I can get it
You get a card if you've supported on Patreon at the Pham tier at any point between launch and today— length of time doesn't matter I don't think. Any other kind of subscribing like on YouTube or at the Phriends or Phreebies tiers doesn't count, unfortunately. Card are limited run, so if you want one and haven't been on the Patreon Pham tier at any point before you would need to go up to Pham tier ASAP as I don't know what time today the cutoff will be.
Just got mine, gonna poplock naked until I get it
happy new year everyone :]]
Can't wait to get my card :)
RUFF RUFF RUFF
I MADE IT JUST IN TIME ✨
YIPIE

will i automatically get a card? i’ve always been in the pham but im trying to see if i need to order it or what🥲🥲🥲🥲
Yes as long as you’ve been in at any point and put in your address, you’ll automatically get shipped one according to everything I’ve read!
I love that I get to look forward to receiving the card right as spring is coming! It’s good motivation to get thru the winter
yas cant wait to put the card in the prime spot of my wallet
Sorry but not even you guys can make me wanna watch that hockey show
lmfao 😭 i will say it’s very solid gay representation and shows some pretty healthy relationship dynamics!!!! but i know m/m isn’t everyone’s cup of tea for media and if it’s the sports of it all, it really doesn’t focus on the hockey that much. spoken as someone who hates sports media lmao but also don’t watch anything u don’t want to. i’m a supporter of being a true contrarian at all times 🤣🫶🏻
I'm such a sucker for stuff like this, I can't wait!!
*sigh* looks at credit card
thats so real
babes have you considered live reacting to heated rivalry? it would be so cool
Im so excited for mine
I had to move after I added my address. Does anyone know how to change it?
If you go on the website on a computer and then click on settings you should be able to see/edit your address. It should be under the account tab in settings :)
i can’t see where to add my address? unless this was done when i created a profile i can’t remember ???
I don’t think you can do it on the app you have to go to the website to do it
Happy new yaoi🫃🫃

Happy New Years 🫶
You NEED to watch heated rivalry!
Happy new year! I am going to graciously assume that "deenpee" is a literal pronunciation of the letters "dnp" and will NOT increment the piss counter..... This time
Happy new year! I'm so grateful I could finally join this phandom this year when I couldn't have before, or didn't but desperately needed in my life all along. But it's a bit poetic I guess that I finally found you and your stories because you hard launched and I found myself and my gender and my independence and stopped hiding myself BECAUSE I found you. Thank you for everything, here's to 2026 🫶

QUESTION: How do I update my profile to show my address? Is it the Bio option?
please do not put your address in your bio. the option to add a shipping address is available if you log in on a browser and go into settings -> account! also make sure the box for "dan and phil" is ticked once you've added the address!
How do you add your address to your profile?
log in on a browser -> settings -> account -> shipping address! make sure to tick the box to use it for the dan and phil membership afterwards

thanks for the update on the ice yaoi <3
Happy New Year Dan and Phil, Phadmins, and fellow Phannies!
Damnit! I binged Heated Rivalry last night. And now I have all the damn books on my wishlist at Amazon. There was A LOT MORE REALLY HOT GAY SEX than I expected. Like really, Really, REALLY hot man-to-man contact. HBOMAX got me about cancel my p*rnhub account! Yeah I just did all of that! Dip and Pip seriously don’t understand that their fanbase consists of the thems the theys the gays the lesbians and a crazy old American Black woman. It’s my horse tranq day, I apologize for nothing. Friday night amirite, fellas.
Safe glide into the new year boys, girls and nonbinarys!!!
💡 HOW TO ADD YOUR ADDRESS: 1. log into patreon ON A BROWSER! 2. go to settings -> account. 3. scroll down to where it says "shipping address" and put in your information. 4. make sure to TICK THE BOX of the memberships you want it to be used for! that's all, if the box for dan and phil is ticked, you should be good to go!! 🫶
omg thank youuuu I didnt know where to do it on the app
I wont be upgrading to get the membership card, personally I done think an extra £78 a year for an extra bit of plastic in my wallet is worth it, aim loving the Patreon content but the lowest tier set at £7.50 a month is the most expensive channel I follow on here.
if you sign up via the website instead of app the lowest tier is £5 and Pham tier is £10, if u round that £7.50, it’s closer to £10! but whichever is best for you :)
love youuuu happy nye 🥹❤️✨
I'm so fckin excited!!! Happy new year my dads 💖💖💖
Happy New Year!!!
Answering the important questions😂
Happy New Year!! Thank you for all the content this year!

Answering the important questions I see (HR), very good!
Where exactly do they want us to add the adress?? I don't understand do I have to put it in my bio??
You add it in your Patreon account by going to settings>account>scroll down a little bit and it says "shipping address"
happy new year everyone!!!
happy new years yall! remember to be kind to yourself as we enter the new year- you don’t have to make a ludicrous resolution or force yourself to change something overnight. be safe and have fun <3🎇🎆
Heated Rivalry, especially episode 3's overall story, did kinda remind me of y'all. It's such a specific situation, but I think y'all will love how it's done and weirdly relate 😅
