The city looks amazing...but also plastered in ads (Squirrel!) And Raine looks beautiful...she looks happy enough (oh wow she has a robot arm now...) Nice car she has too. :) (Newscaster Laura, Perfume Kat, and Cola Flora are welcome cameos!)

Every Cyberpunk city at night has to have at least one section that's just blue and orange.
Despite all the cyberpunk tech like the tall monorails in the background or the cybernetic arm Raine has she is still using old tech like wired headphones and has what looks like an old fashioned car. Also nice side view of the midriff here with a slight hint of oblique development on Tom's part.

It wasn't clear until it was colored that Raine has a cybernetic arm. Wonder how that works with her transformations (mana, I know...). Love the details like the Squirrel Mart sign (they are a MegaCorp now) and Kat modeling for perfume.
My guess on how the arm works is it expands to fit the bigger form
