Because of re-reading my own comment I just realized, if Natani is allowed/caused by Ephemural, or whatever the Basitin Mask is, to become pregnant after she and Keith decide to become more intimate, her "bundle of joy" is going to become much less manageable when she nears her "labor day". XD
