if you're referring to breast size it's the fact that she has both arms raised in the air. Which often causes muscles and skin to pull all that mass up higher into the chest which can often have that effect.

Kat might be the only character I know of, regardless of source, who's beauty and just general sexiness (however you choose to define it) doesn't change in the slightest no matter what outfit she wears or if she wears any. Yes, certainly pictures of her might be "better" than others, but it's less about the specific effect a given outfit has and more about the general feel and composition of one piece over another. Take a fairly neutral shot like this one, stick her in any number of different outfits, and she'll be equally beautiful in all of them or none of them. 😌

A light blue one... not a sky blue, but more of a grey blue. Something that doesn't blend into the colour of her fur exactly, but manages to compliment it just the same.
