They do kind of look the part.
I don't know why, but I just love it when a transformation victim tries to fight simple primal urges like these to hold onto what little humanity they have left... and some what fail.

I like how except for Lilith everyone's howl is like a sound but hers is in a speech bubble like she said the word
I wonder if she ever becomes cannon. Like team B gets to the town and she is stuck in the wolf pens and they free her.

Apart from Sythe, their mouths are barely open. They look like they're whistling instead. I imagine that Nibs sounds like a "howling" grasshopper mouse. And grasshopper mice are known to be tiny predators.
When wolves howl they actually pull their lips forward into a similar face. Natani's is probably the most accurate out of all of them, realistically speaking. Ears back, chest out, head pointing upward.
Sidious: Good! Raine, Good! Give in to your instincts and your journey to the Wolfdom will be complete! Natani, Zen, Lilith and Sythe find his statement offensive and pull out some lightsabers of their own. Sidious: I have yet to use my lightsaber since Yoda! Where'd it go?!?

Nibs is doing pretty good, she's got bolder font for her howl than Sythe does. So either he's lacking in wolfyness, or nibs is a dragon in disguise.
