At first I thought this was just a cute thing she did on stream, like patting herself on the head for beating a hard level. This though, I have to wonder if this is some sort of challenge. Like, "Pat her head nonstop for 12 hours straight" or something. ... Masks help her if she has to go to the bathroom. Doing that one-handed could get... interesting.

The Keidran self-petting streaming genre is an odd one,but holds a popular and dedicated fanbase of so called "patters". One could compare it to the "ear twitching"(Twitchers) genre,the "Waggers" genre which involve tails ,and of course the classic "self-boopers" genre(Boopers).
