Modern AU - Figure Drawing Practice
Modern Natani, having well-defined musculature, nervously volunteers to model in private for the girls' figure drawing practice, on the condition that it'll be kept a secret and they don't draw anything identifying. Suggested by Sintakhra!
Modern Nat must be more self-confident in the fur, since canon Nat would definitely never volunteer for something like this..... well... maybe just for Keith and Laura.
Keith is definitely up next as a model in this secret class.

Natani not only has "well defined musculature" but also some mighty nice periglandular adiposity!
Hot heh
Are they in a hotel room or some other kind of neutral ground?
maybe hotel i think
We know that in this universe, Laura is sometimes intimate with Natani (plus Keith). This feels like something Laura asked while the three were enjoying post-sexytimes snuggles.
Beautiful work, I can't help but wonder, in a modern au, if someone like Natani would have access to things like gender clinics, with the option of medically transitioning through hrt and perhaps even surgery (or whatever the equivalent of these would be in the modern tk world). I know that canon Nat is gradually becoming more comfortable in his body, but I just find it interesting to think about whether or not a modern au Nat would consider going down the physical transitioning route, or if he would just continue to present as masculine and work on becoming comfortable in his female body as he has been doing in the main comic. Dunno, would maybe be cool at some point to see a post-top surgery modern au Nat in euphoria at finally being free from the boobage!
i'm sure natani would be somewhat comfortable as a masculine feminine i wouldn't treat natani any different than treating her as a friend or family and help her whenever i can
Natani mind of a male feelings of a represt female with the body of a lovely woman
I just realized Willow is drawing Nat's back from her Spirit's perspective.
The AC outlet where the lamp is plugged in seems to be styled like a dog paw.
Also, back here! (and sporadically other times in the modern AU) https://www.patreon.com/posts/kat-laser-49008959
Definitely see AU Natani being more confident in the fur/"nude",I think the reason why she wouldn't do this in the Twokinds universe is because she has something to fight for, that something being not wanting to be or feel alone, wanting to open up more to her fellings, and showing her interest in a particular bastin that she Really likes named Keith.
Gorgeous
It took me a few seconds to realize that was Natain because I’ve never seen that facial expression before.
It would stand to reason that in a more modern and mixed population Nat would probably have less pressure to hide the... Nature of the situation. From what I can infer from other kiedran, human, and basitin cultures modern individuals would be more likely to just shrug it off. Okay maybe not basitins, in public anyway.
Keith would be cool with it. I’m willing to bet he’s behind the camera
i love this with how embarrassed natani looks yet she looks beautiful and i'd love to join them to embarrasse her as i would likely be the only male drawing her
I don't think he'd mind being drawn by another male as long as you were discreet and respectful.
Half expected eric to be hideing somewhere lol
Oh, I'm sure they made absolutely sure there was no one around who shouldn't be. Private session in a private residence, no doubt.
Tom giving a nod to Keith x Nat x Laura being a thing in the Modern AU activates so many of my neurons. :3 Lovely, Tom! Nat makes for a very good model boy, yes he do. Congrats, Sintakhra!
Damn she fine!!! 😳
Natani's not bad either. 😏
Willow using that 3rd-Wisp-Perspective FTW! \o/
Right? Even just from her sketch, his shoulders are making me bite my lip.
He’s such a perfect model 🤩
Dang that's hot
This is such a random suggestion 🤣💖
Big buff wolf mode;
I eagerly await Keith's turn
I would like to see that myself <3
My heart, Natani looks so beautiful
Doesn't he? I was a little in awe, myself.
He's so handsome, he's perfect for modeling
For real. I'mma die for a minute, BRB. 😍
#1 color vote for January
Hear, hear!
Not going to lie, he makes for the perfect model for the girls (and Keith).
Yeah, this one is getting colored at the end of the month
Cannot WAIT.
Beautiful buff wolf! Incredible sketch
Who draws her the best? Kat seems to be taking her time with anatomical layers.
They all appear to be doing a good job, in their own time. I'll admit, though Natani is looking good from all angles here, I'm somewhat partial to Willow's angle on his back at the moment. Those shoulder muscles.... 😍
