For a couple of years, I worked in a third-party credit card servicing company over Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Not much easier on that side trying to explain to someone where the available balance went to while they are at a store trying to check out.

Working a retail job is like taking a naked brutality difficulty mission it a game.

No way in hell is she a basic retail worker. This is Black Friday, and I'm willing to bet that as high on the totem pole Adria is likely to be in this particular market, she A) likes to be more hands-on, and B) has to be there, as it's Black Friday. All hands need to be on deck. Trust me, I've been there.
