Obviously, the song of a siren only works on males and Raine, being female, is unaffected by the song.
I've often wondered why we call those ear-piercingly loud screaming things sirens when in Greek mythology the songs of sirens were so beautiful to hear that they enticed humans to sail to their doom.

It would seem to me that Kat was demonstrating that she's someone you don't want to muck around with. I know she definitely impressed Trace, Red, and Laura.

I dunno how much that mana battery or whatever weighs, but she just one-hand yeeted that thing and cleaned that Siren's clock with it. Raine's got some impressive accuracy.

i might just have a slingshot with loads of small pellets to fire against the siren when i just want to hurt it but if i want to end it i'd use arrows other than that she got quite the throw if she can make that siren get hurt though someone should get that battery back i'd happily go in if no one else volunteers

For a second I thought that was Willow, the Will O' Wisp, but then I realized that's a separate, unrelated myth about leading travellers to their doom. Wonder how they'd get along though?
And the danger is if someone lets willow drive or give directions. She less tries intentionally to lead people to their death and more its a Will O' Wisp racial trait she can't help when leading.
I like this interpretation way more than the meme basis of the suggestion. It turned out quite funny.

i'd probably give raine a slingshot rifle with loads of pellets for her to use against the siren and i'd have one of my own so we could get rid of the siren together maybe you could get along to get rid of sirens or atleast be a guard to tell us you see one if you don't want to hurt one

Raine is based. Large batteries are good for the electric eels, I use car batteries myself
