Fennel - Character Design
Character Sketch. I've shown this on stream, but figured it should be posted somewhere (and I felt bad I didn't have any other sketch ready for today yet). This is a wip design for a character in an upcoming project I've been working on for a while. It's not final, but it's close to final. I dunno if he actually is a fox or maned wolf, he's just sorta supposed to look like one.
He's a chill, laid-back kind of guy. He's got a lot of neck.
The project he's for is coming along. I hope to have more to show soon!

More than a week, and nobody found their heads spinning right 'round?
It's a CoffeeFox, wuhu
Hopefully he doesn’t get… twitchy.
In other news... A "nekkid" fox that didn't get patreon-walled. Wonders and miracles!
It doesn’t look like Patreon is locking the posts lately. Both the Maren-o-vision and the Wolf Mary Undercover sketches looked like they would’ve been targeted but I don’t see a Patreon unlocked on those posts.
fennel seems like a great guy to be around and maybe have a quiet book reading day with some tea and coffee with a light snack like a sandwich
His personality sounds a bit like Rose’s as the housekeeper of Legacy Manor.
you spin me right round baby right round. Very cute.
He's a cutie, and I want to touch his tail~
leggy boi
He looks very wise, and also friend-shaped Also, i love the SPEEEEN animation
the 360 bit reminds me of Hanks head in the king of the hill intro.
Fen's got a whole lotta neck.
Friendly fella! Look forward to seeing more!
What’s the name of the project?
The Island Loop. (AKA; Explosion Island!!!)
This is great! I'm in love with the 360° animation!
Coffee Foxxo has a name! He's a real boy now! :D Glad you finally posted this, Tom! Can't wait to see what Fen is like once the Island Loop project sees the light! Keep up the great work!
Now we can all have our very own spinny foxxo. Hurray! \o/
A maned wolf looks like a fox on stills (and is a vulpine, despite the name), so that would work.
Speeeeeen
What a handsome looking fellow. The design really looks simple yet interesting. I like it Also, I really love that we get to see the spinning head of this character to see his head in all directions. Really nice touch.
Coffee boy!
he sure likes coffee and my way of getting caffeine is drinking soda and i'd love to meet fennel if possible wouldn't you aswell?
He speen...
