Basitin succession isn't hereditary. Considering they were raised by the present king they might want to try to earn the crown, but they'd have a LOT of challengers.

It's more fun the younger the carver is (provided they can be trusted with a knife) unless you've got an idea for something interesting/technical. At least that's how it is for someone who did it every year. Kinda lost the magic after a while.

Seeing a young Zen and Natani as part of a loving and caring family brings me much joy. This sketch definitely deserves to be colored, without a doubt. Although I am a little concerned about the state of mind of "Miss Madness".

It was definitely a nice surprise to see a part 2 to the storytelling piece done years ago. I'm glad that Zen and Nat settled in so nicely in this AU.
