SCP SCP SCP SCP! Wait... what number would she be?
Had to be an unused number. Foundation wiki is asking it be a series 6 or earlier number until they are all used up. I took all openings [Access Denied], threw them into Numbers, and used a RAND equation to start whittling them down. I came up with SCP-5646. Also, check my comment above. I’d love any feedback I can get before the article goes live and the mother becomes an official SCP.

Log Date: 9/8/20XX Location: Foundation Site [REDACTED] ***Begin Excerpt*** Mother: "So... in exchange for letting you run these... tests... your little organization promises to give me an endless supply of cretins, criminals, and reprobates to... enjoy?" Dr. T: "For clerical reasons, we normally just call them D Class. But yes. As long as you abide by the rules of your containment profile and allow us to run a series of minimally invasive experiments, the Foundation will provide you a regular ration of D Class personnel for your, uh... needs." Mother: "Oh, lovely. I do so adore being... h e l p f u l." Dr. T: "Well, I should be going. Feel free to let any of the other staff know if you have any questions. Oh, and please try to remember that you should keep your, er... diet... limited to D Class personnel ONLY." Mother: "Why, thank you, my dear. I shall... try. Do promise you'll visit again soon, though. You have such a beautiful... soul." Dr. T: "Eh-heheh." *Gulps and hurries towards exit.* ***End Excerpt*** Note: Dr. T. disappeared from Site [REDACTED] shortly after this interview. Security records show no indication that he left the premises through normal means, though parking staff found his vehicle, locked and running, in the subterranean lot located adjacent to Containment Wing [REDACTED]. It was also noted that 5646 seemed particularly cooperative and satiated immediately after Dr. T's disappearance - declining her allotment of D Class personnel for a week from normal ration scheduling. Site Security Chief [REDACTED] believes that it may be possible that 5646 is sending her drones on unsupervised excursions outside of her containment cell, possibly by means of [REDACTED]. 07 Council has directed that all efforts should be made to discover the exact nature of the 5646 containment breach and remedy the situation as soon as possible. Site personnel should make all efforts to avoid traveling alone while on-site until the issue is contained.

I know nothing about the SCP... but I get the feeling y'all done moved her out of a distant swamps and to a location much closer to an urban population. This would be, to put super politely, a major frickin cock-up.
there's 3 basic classifications: safe which doesn't reguire any special containment procedures and can safely be studied and there's euclid which reguires special containment procedures and potentially need assistance with studying and there's keter the most dangerious of all which reguires very strict if possible containment and reguires some special access to even study after what i know

Given what we know about her personality, I'd say Euclid. The most difficult task would be monitoring the wisps as they are functionally uncontainable. Though they could negotiate with her for cooperation (I.E. a steady supply of D class
I love how one of the scientists just casually talking with one of the ghosts. Also, this sketch looks amazing. I've got a bad feeling on how this is going to end when we're dealing with SCP here.
