Yes, but she looks and often acts much younger. She claims it's to put people off their guard, but it's probably also because she didn't get much of a chance to be a regular kid, growing up on the Isles and having to "prove herself" as the daughter of King Adelaide.

If I recall correctly, Stoney was meant to be a nanny to Trace's eventual child(ren,) like what Nora was to Trace.
Those are probably some of the safest kids in the world rn. Even if they got past Stoney, they'd then have to worry about Trace
