If this is past, maybe laura as present, and for future... Maybe Nora's mental projection? She doesn't fit the "silent cloaked figure" mold, but she'd definitely get a kick out of showing the kind of people that need the three ghosts their depressing futures.
So... does Willow's body have a story? I mean, was she a PERSON, herself, or was the body created/formed/born only to be Willow's body?
The Lion was a girl who went into the woods to either die or kill herself, and the wisp brought her back to life as its physical body. She's basically puppeteering a corpse
