You people make me think about the strangest things. At what age does a Half-Elf become an adult? And in case the father was human, does he live long enough to raise the kid? Or will he die of old age while still making child support payments?
You don't need to be a non human for that last sentence to be true...

Just keep in mind, Trace: they’re only HALF kitten. Their human side might rein them in.
No, it really won't. Speaking as a parent myself. And human children take longer to mature, so they're stuck in that manic phase longer. The only benefit I can see is that they might not have the same kind of claws and teeth as keidran do, so they won't maul him as badly.
