Flora once jump-kicked a guy in the face and kept a famous assassin at bay with nothing but her claws. Flora is legendary - the Basitin King is next.

I’m gonna guess that either Flora and Kat got the drop on them and took them by surprise, or the Bastins took pity on them and let them win.

Flora being the Hero of Destiny is concerning. Does that mean that Trace is Princess Zelda here?

Now this reminds me of one of the old, more prose pieces, depicting an AU where Trace and Flora drift apart instead of getting close. Trace resumes his duties as grand templar, and Flora becomes a resistance/revolution warlord, rising against the templar regime. She’s a battle-hardened and battle-scarred badass, but she still is haunted by the what-if of what could’ve happened (the real canon)

Kat: "Wow, Flora! You beat off all of those Basitin guards!" Flora: "...Wh-! Why are you saying it like that?" Kat: "Like what? I'm impressed! It's not easy for us girls to beat off so many men at once! It's tiring!" Flora: "You have a lot of experience with that sort of thing, I take it?" Kat: "Oh, you'd be surprised. A good-looking keidran girl like me, growing up all alone in the human world... I had to beat off so many boys I practically lost count! But you? I've never seen ANYONE, male or female, beat off that many men that quick and efficiently! You were like a machine! Trace will be so proud when I tell him how many men you beat off just to get back to him!" Flora: "...You will never speak of this day, or this conversation. To anyone. EVER. Understood?" Kat: "O-okay?" (I don't know why I keep upsetting her! I was only trying to be friendly...)

This make me wonder if the basitins are vulnerable to infrasound. Darth or Jordan if you're out there what do you think?

(Basitins) "Ha! You think you can wield such a large sword with such a small chest?" (*Flora pwns Basitins*)

(Flora) "Look at all the Keiths running at me."

From the title had me thinking/hoping it was an image of Flora utterly dominating Keith and his svelte body in a wrestling match, I don't know maybe she grabbed his ears or something.
