Wait wait wait... Trace has had a blackened left hand this whole time, and I never noticed?!
Magical mishaps thought... maybe make the new trace face off against the old trace and the winner becomes the permanent version of trace and the loser is deleted/absorbed
Now that would be The Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny!
Those are rookie scratches, Trace
"Ex-Wife" Saria? Did they split up before she died? When did I miss that? Or did I forget? I gotta reread the comic, it's been like 12 years. Shit I'm old...
Well, "Ex-Wife" could indicate that she is no longer alive...
Am I the only one upset that all the males in the ref sheets are wearing pants or boxers? (With the expection of Natani who is very much naked) I mean I guess we can't have genitals on here... but still...
I get where you're coming from. The featureless crotch makes sense for drawing "clean" nude females, but with males the Ken-doll look is just odd. I recall Tom mentioning something to the effect that he didn't like drawing males that way and there aren't many alternatives that would fall under his current content maturity rating. I suppose the old fig leaf censorship might be an appropriate compromise.
Blue boy used to be able to do anything really, scary thought
Finally! I've been waiting for this one!
Even Trace declared Flora as his mate on Basitin Island. And he gave her that jewel, which is, in essence, a Kiedran wedding gift, if memory serves.
True, though the subtleseed necklace is a human thing (not that Trace knew either way in the first place)
Hey Tom, can we see a ref sheet for the leader of the tiger tribe?,or even Nora and Reni?
Nora's ref sheet already exists though.
Lover!? When the couple is pregnant together, they better be mates, mate! / [Said in Australian accent ... grabbing a coldie, since it is beer o'clock.]
I noticed that. Flora's sheet refers to Trace as her mate, Trace's sheet refers to Flora as his lover. I chalked it up to differences in words commonly used by humans and Keidran (and Basitins).
Can we get Red's sheet now? Like to see his and maybe get his real name. Or just get redacted on it.
well yeah, that's his name. -Red-acted.
Light scratches (thanks to Flora) ...Note to self: Should opportunity for relations with a Keidran present itself, go in expecting this
Can we get the Ref Sheets on the Twokinds Wikia pages, plese? That thing needs updating pronto
A ref sheet of our favorite ticking time bomb.
Same on so many levels
ref sheets have become some of my favorite sketches. it's just so much fun getting to see more detailed info about the characters and seeing different poses for them.
Color, please.
made a little edit to it ;3 https://imgur.com/a/KKhaio1
I freaking love the dagger fingers. I understand he's kind of ashamed of/embarrassed by them, but I'd like to see them every now and then in the comic!
At last! This is being saved.
I like how the left Trace is the good one and the right Trace is the bad one.
Noted some grammatical errors in the Background section. Just thought I would point it out.
Yes.
Hey, he didn't forget!
I believes the scratches be worth it
