... The idea that Natani would have a very womanly singing voice initially, yet retain it after literally years of having to talk in an extremely masculine tone is... QUESTIONABLE at best without serious voice coaching. She should not be able to sing to save her life any more. I'm sorry, it just doesn't work without further explanation.

Although never depicted in the comics, we have been informed (in some sketches) that Natani has an excellent singing voice. She/he usually hides it, because it comes out as feminine.
