No she is definitely taller. At least in this art work she is.

Maeve puts the star on the perfect tree ... suddenly Flora leaps into the picture and heads off with her star prey firmly lodged in maw! "It's the season, To abandon reason. La la la la laa, La la la la laa. 🎵 🎵 🎵"
And, with an audible *DING* of shininess, the star is placed delicately on top, allowing the snowmew to hop down from her mother's arms.

More likely snowmew fell backward onto mama cat creating big snowmewmew pile.
