I'm not sure people can drop Nora Cards on sketches from the current month, because the Nora's Fate Card tier description states, "...which can be spent to have <em><strong>ANY</strong></em> sketch from any previous month inked and colored..." If I'm right, it may have been worded like this to prevent such a wasteful scenario from happening.

One must deftly evade the question entirely and instead reply "it makes you look perfect" Being able to avoid directly answering those questions is the key to a happy relationship !

The necklace is glowing. Is it doing something magical to her, or when worn made that dress appear on her?
It always glows, but she normally hides it in her fur. She's often concerned about how obvious her relationship with Trace is (ex. at Adira's tavern) so it makes sense to hide what's essentially a keidran wedding ring. The brightness may relate to how strongly she feels towards Trace if I remember correctly from early in the comic (when Flora was possessed by the mask).
