The robes aren't weighted, but as it is Lynn's job to be ready for whatever his general needs, he undoubtably a wide variety of items in the robes concealed inner pockets that add to its weight.

Funny enough I always assumed that Lynn is a soft spoken badass of some kind or another, we've seen that he's at least quick on his feet, so this wouldn't be real surprising 😌👍 Fun stuff Tom and congratulations Xac!
Earlier comics showed he's pretty strong too. Lynn was pretty much able to heft Keith up with one hand during the fight against Sera, and Keith weighs 160 pounds (72 kilos), while supporting the 102 pound (46 kilo) Maddie jumping off his back. He might ACTUALLY be as jacked as Nat thinks he is. Maybe even MORE.
