I looked at it, but it seems like its only Keith having a dream or "Nightmare" as he says, not actually something leading to her pregnancy. Still it could be true ^-^ Actually I'm editing my original comment to say that later on at comic #137 when Flora expects Trace while in heat, she gets keith, but nothing happened, so.
