For anyone who didn't know, in the real world, the inside of a metal arm band (I think they're metal) would almost always not be connected. It allows a bit of flexibility and springiness that makes it possible to take on and off and stay in place. These would probably not stay in place at the upper arm, if it was even possible to get them on in the first place. I'll headcannon that it's magic. If Natani can have magic clothes on the daily, then I suppose it wouldn't be too hard to make a magic self-sizing arm band
