With a giant Mrs Nibbly, the entire group could ride to their next destination. Add in straps so they won't fall off and Mrs Nibbly could even "take to the trees".

I want so badly to modify this so that Nibs is a Titan shifter from AoT/SnK and Sythe is wearing 3DMG (specifically so its like Historia perched on Ymir’s shoulder).

Nibbly looks adorable up close. I love all of the details I can see like the tuft of fur on her chest and the shape of her head.

It may look silly but you won't believe how handy a tiny sythe can be. Its like a living P.D.A device. Also is a good fishing lure, one time use if used as such tho.
