I'd name him Szach, Sach or Sah. In Persian it means king. Szach-mat means "King is vulnerable". In polish we also have a saying "king is naked" which could be a nice pun xD

I am very fond of the name Saladin. But i am also very fond of the historical Saladin. I usually just call him prince Washaq which just means lynx in arabic. Oh and Al-Andalynx is how i call the lynx kindgom. Is a play on Al-Andaluz it was how the Umayads called their kingdom in spain. Yes i like to imagine these are iberian lynxes

My money's on prince Twinx. Reed seems to spend the most time with him, and shows the least reticence towards intimacy with him (and maybe it's my own headcanon, but I think that the signs are there to show that those two have bonked at least once offscreen). On the subject of names, as a writer, I usually am pretty good with names, but I this case I'll leave it up to everyone else here, as well as Tom, and roll with whatever the result is. 🙂

For Twink Prince: Asmukah, a slight anglicization of the Arabic for "Your Name", a joke on us not knowing what his name is. For Twonk Prince: Alwashakuh, similarly angicized Arabic for "Lynx" Alternately, if we're sticking to the floral themes, Twink Prince: Yasam, a play on the Arabic for Jasmine, a flower native to Arabian and Indian regions Twonk Prince: Sahab, from the Sahabi Tree, a Muslim holy site in Jordan.

This will make a good Popeye style comic.

Alright! Putting date (hehe) palm tree varieties here as suggestions! TWINK Prince: Amirhajj, "sometimes called "the visitor's date" because it is a delicacy served to guests" like this Prince was for Reed, according to Wikipedia. Also a nice pun on "a mirage" in desert, and same sandy color as the Prince's fur. HUNKY Prince: Madjool, because both the Prince and this date fruit are big, soft(ies) and "orange-brown to dark brown when ripe" according to Wikipédia. Hope it helps!😺

This is one of my favorite series. It is subtle but I feel like there is a lot of world building in these pictures. I want to see more of the Lynx Kingdoms.

For the big one, Mangrove is also a type of tree. It grows in wetlands, so it would match Reed & he could be called "Manny" for short?

Given that Sorrel is the smaller of the two, and the Iberian Lynx is the smaller species of Lynx, what about giving it a more Southern European/North African flavour to the name? It would also fit with the dry climate they seem to inhabit. The Spanish word for Sorrel is Acedera or Aceda, for example.

Nah you want to reverse that. Call the skinny prince something like Lathyrus, after a poisonous plant and the Big one like, Mallow, after the tiny delicate flower.

For some reason the names Jasper and Silas came to mind, I think Silas came to mind cause the taller prince if you gave them glasses would totally fit the Doctor/Professor type look, Silas or Myles to me sounds like the usual doctorate/professor type of name.

From their living areas their very Greek/Egyptian style so they are rich and have homes like humans do so perhaps they have last names too and their names are fancy food for thought
