Rose's disguise was an illusion, unlike Euchre's natural ability, and thus was able to be dispelled. Euchre's transformation can't be dispelled.

The guy in the background — as Alaric has already mentioned below — is Sirius, one of the Master Templars. He probably just dispelled Rose’s disguise. We know him from the comic, and he seems to be a heavy smoker.
That title though Such began the worst moment of her life, followed by the best.
Tom, didn't Rose say earlier that the Perfect Transformation thing was a family ability? So Rose should be able to do it too?
Rose specifically says Euchre's version is more powerful.

Kind of strange that after being caught, they stripped her down. Like I know she couldn’t just walk around naked, and that she doesn’t have the same sense of modesty like humans and wouldn’t feel shame for that, but still seems odd that they’d do that to her.
