Someone should suggest a version of this one having Karen chasing Sythe with a paint brush and a bucket of paint. I actually thought that that might be what this one was.
Gotta admit, even as a straight guy myself, love the male fanservice from time to time. The ladies are nice and all but there are some handsome fellas in this comic too! Sythe certainly being one of them lol
I get the feeling that Maren’s Argentinian is focused on one particular part of Sythe’s anatomy and it’s caused her artistic skills (among other things) to short circuit…
I think.....Nibbly sees Sythe as a THIRSTY wolf-brute.....probably like Brutus ;)

Love how Nibs is nearly the experienced painter, while Maren is…, blushing! Sythe: “Maren? You okay?” Maren: “It’s suddenly very hot in here.” Sythe: “I’m not hot.” Maren: “Who said you weren’t!!!!” ….
Maren is stalling for time so next session she can bring a banana & some duct tape and *really* capture Sythes' inner light :P

I can see Maren's annoyance ! There's now way you can convince me that Nibbly is 'just' a squirrel.
I still think she got lost in the view. As someone here put it: whatever‘s playing in Maren‘s inner movie theater right now, it‘s definitely not something she wants to paint. 😎 And yes, whatever Nibbly may be, she is not a simple squirrel.
Personally, Tom has hinted that Mrs. Nibbley is far more than she seems. Perhaps a young dragon, in disguise?
She is many things. Right now, they include "talented" and "thirsty".

Personally, I suspect the collar didn’t actually affect Nibbly and she just used it for plausible deniability. Or maybe she has some sort of mental block that prevents her from shifting and the idea of the collar allowed her to circumvent it. But I also like the idea that she really is just a squirrel and everyone is paranoid. :p

Nibbly being that talented at painting while holding the brush in her mouth. She could have her own painting show if not for her...topics of interest.
Good Grief, Nibbly seems determined to make a full on graphic novel of this dude with the brick-built block she is giving him (and with mouth painting too, major kudos!) Maren...Maren seems to be struggling to start. I doubt it's lack of talent. I think it's more that the view is very aesthetically appealing.
