Reminds me of the quote about how "the best place by the fire was kept for the storyteller" for some reason idk
MY HEART ! ;U;
Lovely
Cat Maren! CAT MAREN! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! ... OK I'm done.
How can you tell if it's Cat Maren? We can't see her ears or her tail. It might be Wolf Maren.
Rose: I wish I can sit down next to the fireplace, instead of serving you jerks!
Reminds me of this part from The Pink Panther 1969 short "Slink Pink"...
After all the holiday craziness it's time for a long break.
Relaxing vibes of pure chilling!
It is So good to see maren and sythe together 😃😃😃
it's cute seeing Maren comfortable enough around Sythe to fall asleep and Rose you shall forever live on in sketches Rest IN peace...Saria's best friend...
AAaaaaaaaaaagh! It's so beautiful and warm! Sythe and Maren are such adorable snuggled burritos, and it looks like Maren's just chilling with a catnap (hehe) and they're just chill and relaxed. Red is (for a change) just enjoying the quiet, and I love, I LOVE Raine just gently tugging Rose's arm as if to say 'come on, sit with us-you're part of the gathering too!' Happy travelers resting together, augh, my heart, it is a perfect little picture. (And I see that from the window smudges, Natani and Keith are STILL at it with the wood chopping competition, that's very funny! Though perhaps it's just the shapes of the frost, or a mischevious dragon cat, or...well, anything.) And of course Nibbly MUST be there. How could I have forgotten about her? Settled lightly on Sythe's lap like a jack russel, all cozy and warm. Thanks for this Tom, it looks beautiful. A pleasant sketch for the end of the year...
Team b has achieve true cozy mood
One of these days Maren is going to turn into a keidran she she'll just stay that way. XD
Fuzzy Maren is best Maren.
Perfect. Christmas. Wallpaper.
Looks like Red, Sythe and Nibbly have all got their Christmas presents already…
Sythe looks very happy there
That's very much a "stop serving and come join us" look and arm pull. And a conveniently open spot on the couch for her as well 😌
I have an aunt who is very much like Rose here– is constantly playing the servant, asking people if they want this or that, if she can make some tea or hot chocolate for everybody, if they want another helping of something during family meals, etc. Sometimes I just wanna say “No, I got what I want, now just chill and have your own stuff along with us!” She sometimes has a hard time resisting that mode/urge.
aren't this a lovely thing we all want to have? i do wish they could have something like this atleast for a few weeks atleast
May they find this quiet rest. They deserve it.
they certainly do deserve it and all deserve hugs aswell
Aw, as much as I adore the main cast the B team makes the best couples :D
Sythe: 'She's purring. Maren is asleep and she's purring. That is adorable, and I never want to move from this spot...and now I have to use the restroom. Fffffuuu--'
That's delightful - very wintery and cosy! :)
Ah Red. Your head's dense enough to block radiation, but a good fireplace and cocoa warmed you up to how good your fluffy friends are.
Will we ever know what's Red's real name ? I'm still going with Amaranth ^^
This is so cute!
Noice
A nice family scene! I've always loved Rose, even before her full story came into canon, I sensed the loneliness and longing for the family she lost with Saria's death. The direction in canon now makes me feel better, and this sketch makes me think she's much happier with her newfound family group!
Lovely and cozy ^^
Since we know how hot it can get for Keidrans, there is a good chance Maren,Sythe and perhaps even Red are naked under those Blankets.
When in Rome
Rose's instincts to grandma are kicking in
Just vibin
Unlawfully cute! It should be a crime how wholesome this is...
Maren is on her kitty form... Neat :3
This is very nice and cozy :)
It's criminal that (I assume) Nibbs wasn't explicitly mentioned in the suggestion. But glad that she's there too.
Scandalous...
