I can see Sythe helping Maren rebuild the tavern. He's implied he has a strong attraction to Maren and she's hinted it's mutual. However, I don't think they can go back to the town where the original was due to the situation between the Templars and the wolf keidran.
maybe the new tavern is in the one city they're headed toi forget the name of it... but yeah i can see sythe Maren and Karen running the tavern... with the main cast dropping in now and again...
