Mage Battle Royale
Raine and Natani face off against Clovis, in color!

Is this an upcoming battle, considering the latest pages, I wonder.
Stunning. After seeing the sketch it was very obvious this would be colored.
I would have sworn you did a 'basic' version of this, but I can't find it...maybe I'm thinking of "Arch Mage Raine"?
As in the non color version on may 11th?
I really hope this is hinting towards something that will be happening in the future of the comic! With the sight of a certain white canid in the epilogue to the last chapter I'm really hoping to see the arrival of Clovis in the comic, maybe playing a significant part in what's been happening to stir up the recent attacks.
Me as well. Because of the "no spoiler" rule I know this exactly won't happen, but I do forsee a battle involving Clovis and Natani in the near future, only, Natani's abilities will be fully unlocked since she's finally accepting that "your outside appearance, it matters not. Inside one's heart and soul, it matters most."
It's not a fight, its a game called "How long can Clovis stay on his feet until Raine beats the living hell out of him"
Exactly. Natani is distracting Clovis for Raine to charge up her finishing attack.
If there was A Twokinds Full-dive VR MMO game (like with Sword Art Online), what Race would you be? I would be a Forest Wolf Keidran. [Edit: You can be anything, even a Basitin Mage, although I don't recommend the included handicaps of that path.] • Human • Basitin (Eastern or Western) • Keidran (Forest Wolf Snow Wolf "Golden Wolf" Tiger "Snow Tiger" Snow leopard Dog Fox Cat ('cause Maren) Or Cross breed (like Kat)) • Dragon • Mrs. Nibbly
but ofcourse to play as the Mrs Nibbly race you have to buy the top teir on the kickstarter (and their is only 1)
Forest wolf, snow wolf, and GOLDEN wolf. Game on!
I wouldn't mind a story arc where raine actually got good at magic
How beautifully explosive! I think the balance between warm and cool colours was made very well. My only complaint is that Clovis looks less unhinged than in the original sketch.
Cool drawing.
This is awesome! I completely missed the color stream so these are a nice treat to start the day. Still think that Kat is behind Clovis, off screen a bit, about to cast that disrobing spell though.
the most powerful of spells
I knew it was a matter of time until this one for colored! 😸
