Seeing it written in English just made me realize why they are called that in other languages. Raccoons like to wash their food. Still not sure about the bear part though, are they in the ursine family?
Now we just need a kleptomaniac tomboy ferret wot keeps stealing her friend's clothes without thinking about it. :P

I'm afraid not! Keidran in canon are limited only to Canidae and Felidae. There aren't any other animal-type keidran.

New character, what's the name of this mischievous little thing going to be.
Doh, I developed a headcannon from this: Raccoon Keidran, also known derisively as "trash pandas" and occasionally confused with Red Panda Keidran, are among the least-respected varieties of Keidran, even among other Keidran tribes. Seen as thieves and vandals, they're forced to live itinerant lifestyles, traveling from place to place in small caravans until they are inevitably blamed for local criminal misdeeds or a wave of illnesses, and subsequently driven out. Due to the taboos associated with their kind, few are willing to employ them, which only serves to reinforce the stereotype as those who cannot earn a beggar's pay as a street performer are often forced into lives of scavenging or crime in order to keep food in their bellies. Raccoon Keidran did enjoy a brief reprieve from the worst prejudices after the production of the opera, "The Hunchback of Nor'Dragon", in which a beautiful Raccoon Keidran finds herself trapped by the perverse infatuation of a local Templar, after befriending the Templar's physically deformed acolyte. The villainous song "Mana's Light/Wyrmfire" remains popular to this day.

"Racoon Keidran are generally a friendly people who try to tend to avoid conflict. It has been observed that they tend to instinctively scrounge for "valubles" which can be interpreted as anything from panhandleing for gold at rivers to raiding trash cans at nights for food,especially sugary items. It's recommended you lock your refuse bins tight when Racoon folk are around,less you find a mess in the morning."
