I am hoping to see a follow-up image where Flora crashed into Keith's car getting food on Keith (in the driver's seat), Natani (in the front passenger seat), and Zen (stretched out in the back seat with his meal seating perfectly in his lap)
I'd like to see that one myself.
i do wonder how well it goes for flora in training maybe if it exists in the era she could use an electric skateboard and have one hand controlling the speed of it while she uses the other hand to carry the ordered food
I can just see Laura catching Flora and the food as she stacks it into a tower to keep it from getting wasted.
I'll be honest, skating, either roller or ice, is hard enough for us conventional bipeds, for Jack legged bipeds with their smaller foot print compared to physical size, the task would be FAR more difficult.
i could imagine there are some skates which is longer and holds onto more of the leg for example: boots style to hold onto more of the leg with the wheels being further apart and i know it would be more of a hazzle to put on but aren't skates already a hazzle to put on? with the wheels being more apart just imagine a piece of carbon fibre is a long plate from the feet to the heels and the wheels are on the carbon fibre plate

Reviving an old tradition is nice. But the learning curve can be more entertaining than efficient.
I'm a bit surprised that Keidran aren't asked to wear a full body stocking to lessen the chance of hair in the customer's order...unless that isn't a big worry in modern Mekkan.
No worse odds than ending up with a hair from a human server. All the cooks use long sleeves and gloves of course. And hair nets.

Let's be fair, for all the advantages has a keidrian foot has with running and walking, those are immediately lost when you strap wheels onto the smaller surface area....
Or ice skates, or skis. Look at Raine and Maddie respectively with the winter sketches.

I eventually learned to roller and ice skate. but spent many family dinners sitting on a pillow.
