WIP: Swimsuit Pekora Shoes

Typically for WIPs, Im showing a more complex costume, and so I wanted to show an example of how something small can make a difference in personalizing a costume!

I got some white ruffle trim and used permanent glue to adhere it to the top and bottom of the toe strap. I'm still thinking through any other additions I may want to add, but I love the look as it is now!
