🌿 ELF KINGDOM — A New Direction | Free Update

As I mentioned in previous posts for paid members, I've learned a lot throughout the development of these early versions.

Looking back, I realized that Elf Kingdom didn't have a clear gameplay identity. A big reason for that was my decision to introduce multiple protagonists early on without clearly separating their individual experiences.

So, instead of making every storyline feel like the same gameplay with different characters, I decided to take the project in a new direction.

⚔️ Choose Your Protagonist

Starting with the upcoming chapters, you'll be able to choose which protagonist you want to follow.

Each one will have their own story, progression, and gameplay style that better reflects their personality and journey.

This isn't a complete redesign of the game. It's simply a way to better organize the existing content while giving each protagonist a stronger identity.

• Auriane — Lysanthor, The Queen's Court

• Thalindra — Vareth, The Mercenary's City

• Morvaine — The Minor Kingdom, The Cursed Queen

Each storyline progresses independently, allowing you to explore different regions, characters, and perspectives of the world of Elf Kingdom.

🎮 Gameplay

As many of you have already noticed, Auriane and Thalindra already have their own gameplay styles.

The biggest challenge now is designing Morvaine's gameplay. My current idea is to make it somewhat similar to Auriane's, but with unique mechanics that better fit her role in the story.

📖 Better Organization

This new chapter selection screen is part of a much bigger change I'm making.

My goal is to give Elf Kingdom a stronger identity, making it easier to understand where each story begins, how it progresses, and how each protagonist fits into the world.

I also want the game's progression to feel much more organized, both for new players and for those who have been following the project since the very first versions.

There are still many improvements planned for this system, but I believe this new direction will make Elf Kingdom feel more immersive, better organized, and much more enjoyable to play.
