I focused so much on the animations that today, when I started moving some of them into the game files, I noticed something… the images are still the old ones lol

So now I realized I’ll have to remake them with the new preset. The thing is, I’m not sure how I want to present this in-game yet.

The idea I’m considering is using frames, with the scene happening inside the frame. The textbox would stay the same, the character sprite would still appear — everything normal — just with the scene showing in a corner inside that frame, at a comfortable size to view.

I’ll send some examples of frames I found and might add to the game. The square ones would be used for scenes that fit better in that format, and the taller (vertical) ones would be for full-body scenes.

The other option is to keep the original style, with the scene taking up the full screen and a neutral background.

I’ll also send a sample image. It’ll be a safe one, because if Patreon sees anything too exposed, it’ll probably take the post down again like before, even with the “X” lol
