Fixed an issue with car jockey's wanting to cross maps bricking the cargo screen
Added FTA livery and configs for loan at the bus depot
Fixed waypoint issue causing bus routes to nav wrong and sometimes fail
Merged in village speed limits added in .39.3 and added speed limits to the rest of the map consistent with speed limit signs in world.

I can't have skeleton coast and east coast installed a the same time otherwise I cant use the skeleton coast police loaners as your mod overwrites them with your ones is there anyway of making it more compatible because I love both your mod and skeleton coast and hopping between the two maps constantly
