Added Racing Hub UI app at the track

• Automatically added when arriving in the track zone and will auto hide when leaving zone

  • App size may be adjusted via the UI menu - size and position will be saved for next time you go to the track

• Offers race events with set laps and different payout logic than freeroam events. Bonus for beating your best total race time.

• Practice mode mirrors freeroam event logic

  • When you select practice, it is started by driving through pit road exit, you then select your event by driving through the first checkpoint like the Track and Short Track on West Coast USA

  • New race added named "Sidewinder"

Fuel pumps added on pit road and at the drag strip

Extra garage slot added at the Race Track Tuning and Drag Strip Tuning Garages

• On current saves you get the extra slot for free

• On new saves, value is set at $45k but will fluctuate with the market
